Definition:
Certain hire processes in HRMS allow data entry for hires of a large group of similar hires to be "cloned" from the hire of one member of the group.
In a row of data that represents a hire whose initial data entry was auto-populated from a "model" member of such a group, this field contains the Employee ID (EMPL_ID) of the employee from which the row's default values were cloned.
The purpose of this field is to provide some auditing capability regarding the source of auto-populated data elements.
