Definition:
The number of personnel transactions included in a row of summary data. This field is closely related to JOB_CNT, which appears in other views than PERSONNEL_TRANSACTIONS.
Note that the value of the field is calculated from the number of individuals' job-level rows that matches grouping-category field data in the summary row (e.g., the count of job-level rows whose APPT_TYPE = APPT_TYPE_CD; etc.), as well as other criteria that limit job-level rows that are included in the PERSONNEL_TRANSACTIONS views.
