For example, ACTION_REASON codes subsidiary to the ACTION_CD signifying "Hire" include: Hire with Recruitment, Hire with Waiver, Hire from other UC Campus, etc. Values for this field may be viewed on the HCM: Action/Reason Chart In the ACTION_REASON_LKUP view, this field is the Action Reason described by the row of lookup data, and is a key field in the view. |
