HRBAIRS Data Dictionary -

This view provides a limited set of non-confidential fields from effective-dated Job-level rows, in addition to selected person-level data (such as Name, Mail Code, and Hire Date). Only current job rows in HRMS (as of the date the view was last updated) are included in this view. The business use for reports drawn from this view is to allow providers of campus services (such as parking permits, library services, and access to the RSF) to verify employment as is germane to provision of those services. Users with reporting privileges in the Employee Verification subject area may report on all rows (without restriction vis-a-vis employees, node in the campus organizational hierarchy, etc.): there is no row-level security on this view.
