This view contains a variety of fields that hold the results of business-logic calculations pertaining to Job Requisition related metrics; i.e., most fields in this view are not mapped directly from the HRMS database, but contain values based on multiple HRMS fields and/or the application of rules to data in the HRMS tables. The view was created to support the ‘Job Requisition Detail’ report. A row exists in this view for each position for which an offer was extended and accepted in each Job Requisition; and for each Job Requisition for which unfilled positions remain (whether the requisition is still open or not). Thus, for a Job Requisition in which multiple positions were specified/advertised, multiple rows will likely exist in this view. T = FSO/TAP position [not implemented]
Description of RPT_SRC_CD
Status of requisition with which the position represented by this row is associated. Values are:
1 = Created
2 = Department Authorized
3 = Opened
4 = Closed
5 = Offer Accepted
6 = Cancelled
Description of RPT_EVENT_CD
The number of positions (job openings) represented by this row. The semantic meaning of this field varies depending on the value of RPT_SRC_CD for the row:
A: this field is set to 1
O or C: number of unfilled positions
T: number of positions in requisition
Date offer was accepted (populated only if RPT_SRC_CD="A")
Date position was filled (populated only if RPT_SRC_CD="T")
Identifier for applicant who accepted position (populated only if RPT_SRC_CD="A")
Application date associated with APPLIANT_ID (populated only if RPT_SRC_CD="A")
Appointment Type of position into which applicant was hired (populated only if RPT_SRC_CD="A")
