A weighted average of annual pay rates for job summarized in this row of summary view data. The weighted average uses the sum of FTE represented by the summarized jobs, rather than the raw number of rows.

A minimum number of jobs must be summarized in a row of data in order for this field's value to contain an average. The minimum number depends on the value of the LEVEL_CD field in the row (i.e., depends on whether the row summarizes Campus, Control Unit, Division, Department, or Discipline/Group level data), as follows:

• Level 1: minimum of 10 jobs must be summarized

• Level 2: minimum of 7 jobs must be summarized

• Level 3, 4, or 5: minimum of 5 jobs must be summarized
